Fixed 500 internal server error that occurred when subject property was missing latitude/longitude coordinates. The API now returns a proper 404 response instead. Future improvement planned: comps will reroute by city/county/ZIP when lat/lng is unavailable. Impact note: Approximately 1.9M out of 162M addresses (0.01%) are missing lat/lng coordinates.
