Certain counties were not properly assigning unit counts for residential multi-family properties.

We addressed these gaps by assigning a unit count based on the county’s property use classification of that property:

• Duplex (369) => 2 units

• Triplex (388) => 3 units

• Quadplex (378) => 4 units
